Join us however you’re comfortable. Most attendees will probably be in business casual attire. While the guest list is exclusive, suits or black tie not at all necessary! We’ll have an evening boat event included in your registration, so you’ll want something comfortable for that on Thursday evening.

So, we’re bringing innovators together in person. It’s free! We know budgets are tight at your hospitals and health systems, so Aidin and Phoenix Medical Management are providing complimentary registration for the inaugural 2024 CM Converge forum, as long as you’re a case management or hospital leader.
